Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.

Place the seared pork chops in a baking dish. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops and place a pineapple ring on top of each.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and the sauce is caramelized.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce for a hint of heat.
