Instructions :
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the melted butter and mix well with the bananas.
- Add the egg and mix until completely incorporated.
- Add the sugar and mix again.
- Stir the milk into the mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Add the dry mixture (flour, cocoa, yeast) to the wet mixture (bananas, egg, sugar, milk). Mix until the dough is smooth, but do not overmix.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. You don’t need to add any extra fat as the batter already contains butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form each pancake (you can adjust the size according to your preference).
- Cook until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, then turn them over and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Serve your fluffy chocolate banana pancakes with toppings of your choice, such as extra banana chunks, maple syrup, or even a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
These pancakes are a delicious alternative to traditional chocolate cakes and are easy to make without using an oven. Enjoy!
