Instructions :

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

  5. Stir the milk into the mixture.
  6. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  7. Add the dry mixture (flour, cocoa, yeast) to the wet mixture (bananas, egg, sugar, milk). Mix until the dough is smooth, but do not overmix.
  8. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. You don’t need to add any extra fat as the batter already contains butter.
  9. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form each pancake (you can adjust the size according to your preference).
  10. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, then turn them over and cook the other side until golden brown.
  11. Repeat with the remaining dough.
