1 tbsp butter- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese - Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
