How to Make
In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cucumber, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey or maple syrup, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top before serving.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
