INGREDIENTS
For the tart dough:
- 400 g of 00 flour for cakes;
- 4 egg yolks;
- 180 g icing sugar;
- 200 g cold butter, cut into cubes;
- The grated zest of a lemon;
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
For the filling:
- 600 g of ricotta;
- 200 g of granulated sugar;
- 25 g corn starch;
- 2 sachets of vanilla or a few drops of Strega liqueur or limoncello to flavour;
- Strawberry jam (or your favorite) to taste
