Ricotta and strawberry jam tart

INGREDIENTS

For the tart dough:

  • 400 g of 00 flour for cakes;
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • 180 g icing sugar;
  • 200 g cold butter, cut into cubes;
  • The grated zest of a lemon;
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder

For the filling:

  • 600 g of ricotta;
  • 200 g of granulated sugar;
  • 25 g corn starch;
  • 2 sachets of vanilla or a few drops of Strega liqueur or limoncello to flavour;
  • Strawberry jam (or your favorite) to taste
