Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and Parmesan cheese to the pasta.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
