How to Make Guava Leaf Tea for Water Retention
Ingredients:
- 5–7 fresh guava leaves, thoroughly washed
- 1 liter of water
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the guava leaves and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, strain, and let it cool slightly.
- Drink warm or at room temperature.
Recommended Use: Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 cup after your main meal. Twice a day is ideal for the best results.
A Few Precautions to Keep in Mind:
- Don’t overdo it. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean you can drink as much as you want—stick to the recommended amount.
- If you have kidney issues or take diuretics, check with your doctor first.
- Stay hydrated! Diuretic herbs can dehydrate you, so make sure you’re drinking enough water.
