Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Instructions:

Marinate beef in 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 mins.

Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned. Set aside.

Cook garlic, onions, and peppers until slightly softened.

Return beef to pan. Pour in sauce. Cook 1–2 mins until thick and glossy.
