1 red and 1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 tsp coarse black pepper

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp cornstarch (for slurry)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp oil for frying
