Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced into bite-sized cubes (keep it chunky, not mashed!)

- ½ tsp onion powder (because who has time to dice onions?)
- ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme (your choice of herby flair)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Veggies like bell peppers, zucchini, or mushrooms for extra color and smugness.
Instructions
- Potato Prep Party:
- Toss the diced potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Be generous; no one likes bland potatoes.
- Add the sausages to the mix, giving everything a good stir so it’s evenly coated.
- Preheat Like a Pro:
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). If your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat option, pretend it does and wait 3 minutes.
- Air Fryer Magic:
- Dump (gently) the potato and sausage mixture into the air fryer basket. Spread it out in an even layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to prevent a potato mutiny.
- Veggie Add-On (Optional):
- If adding veggies, toss them in with the potatoes and sausage after 10 minutes of cooking. This keeps them crisp-tender, not mushy.
- Check & Serve:
- Check for doneness by stabbing a potato cube with a fork. If it’s tender, you’re good.
