Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken or your favorite protein (leftovers, canned, or mystery meat—it all works)
- ½ cup veggies (optional, but hey, balance! Think bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning (because plain chicken is sad chicken)
- Cooking spray or a little butter (because quesadillas without grease are a crime)
Instructions
- Prep Like a Boss:
- Toss your cooked chicken and taco seasoning in a bowl to spice it up.
- Lay two tortillas out like blank canvases for your masterpiece.
- Cheese: The Glue of Life
- Sprinkle half your cheese evenly over each tortilla. This is your foundation—don’t skimp.
- Add the seasoned chicken and veggies, spreading them out like you’re Picasso.
- Top with the rest of the cheese and the remaining tortillas.
- Air Fryer Magic:
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Don’t drown it; you’re not deep frying.
- Carefully place one quesadilla in the basket. (DO NOT try to stack them unless you like chaos.)
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes. Flip with the grace of a ninja, then cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat:
- Remove the first quesadilla, resist eating it immediately, and cook the second one.
